Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return the SleepCloud product. To ensure that Pillows can be donated to charities, all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage. Hairs, pet hairs, odours, stains, and misuse will not be accepted.
Hush takes environmental sustainability very seriously, and any damaged or defective product will prevent us from donating our product and result in harmful waste disposal.
Once the return has completed inspection and confirmed, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase.
