Our SleepCloud Pillow is are covered by a 60 Night Money Back Guarantee.

The pillow covers are final sale

Any returned blanket or product will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials (i.e. If you return a pillow, you will not be eligible for another 60 Night Trial on future orders).

Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return the SleepCloud product. To ensure that Pillows can be donated to charities, all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage. Hairs, pet hairs, odours, stains, and misuse will not be accepted.

Hush takes environmental sustainability very seriously, and any damaged or defective product will prevent us from donating our product and result in harmful waste disposal.

Once the return has completed inspection and confirmed, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 14 business days or longer depending on the season from the point of arriving at our warehouse. Standard processing time for the funds to be posted by your bank is 3-5 business days after the return is processed.
